YES, there will be a 4th round counselling for UPSEE but however in that round no choice filling will be done. Rather it wil be a direct allotment of the remaining seats. I have provided below the details about 4th round counselling - 

• Seat allotment : 26th July, 2019 at 3:00 P.M.
• Payment of seat confirmatin : From 26th to 27th July, 2019 starting from 3:00 P.M. upto 12 midnight.
• Physical reporting of the freeze seat candidates at PI : From 26th July, 2019 at 3:00 P.M. to 29th July, 2019 till 5:00 P.M.

Now after the 4th round, registration for spot round 1 will begin followed by spot round 1 counselling.

thanks for asking your query as per now no official announcement has been made by upsee therefore you should regularly visit the official portal of upsee 2019 to check the further date of counselling or next rounds.Or you could call in official number to clear your doubts

Dear Aspirant! Yes! As per the counseling schedule available on our portal there will be a fourth round of Counselling. It is likely to start in the last week of July. And yes there will be spot rounds too which are likely start in the first week of August.

There are three counselling rounds for UPSEE counselling in 2019. However, there will be two spot rounds if there are enough vacant seats. The seat vacancy list will be released on 31st July 2019. The registration for the first spot round will begin on around 1st to 5th August 2019. The counselling for the first spot round will be on 8th August 2019.
