According to previous years cut off analysis which is subjective as cut off ranks change every year depending upon a no of factors such as no of applicants , level of difficulty of jee mains this year etc etc so nothing can be predicted with 100% sureity, last year cut off for obc category went around 34000 for PCT branch for outside delhi region in the final round for jac so might not have a chance if trends go by previous years , and if i am not wrong around 20k for latest rounds of current year
For on spot round: Nothing can be predicted before hand it will completely depend on the fact that how many students are present for spot on round before your merit and how many seats are vacant as there is no specific data to be analysed for spot on round it varies year year, so you might /might not have a chance.
