you will be able to get admission in private colleges in mq. i also think that somewhere also in GQ you will be able to get adm. if you are a candidate of reserved category than definitely you will get a seat in govt colleges.

Sorry but you won't be getting any govt medical college with these marks as the cutoff for Gujrat goes high and only a better score could get you a seat in some govt colleges.
You might try for private or deemed colleges
