The final decision on the regarding the admissions in AFMC PG courses lies in hand of the DGHS and DGAFMS. The authorities publish list of eligible candidates for medical test and counselling. Once cleared this, the final merit list is published. The conducting bodies are same for UG and PG admissions. For more details refer the following link-
