Yes, if you are following mtg series for Neet, and Neet previous year question papers then yes you can score 600 marks how to 720, but yes do read NCERT as well.


MTG, fingertips books are really good for neet as it help you to master NCERT  , and it has:-

*It has chapterwise short notes of all the important concepts which is great  for quick and easy revision
*Topic wise questions
*NCERT examplar problems
*Around 100 MCQ in every chapter
*HOTS MCQs

But, yes more than the book you follow what matters is the way you follow it, so go well  through the book and practice mcqs.



*Make routine or timetable :- Give at least 8 hours or more to study , your routine should revolve around things i.e study, revise and practice

*After finishing each chapter you should practice questions, you should practise at least 80 to 100 numericals / mcqs in Each chapter

*You can make short notes for quick revision of important concepts and formulas , keep revising your concepts at regular intervals, like once in a week or 15 days
