is this possible to prepare MAT exam without leaving my job?? if yes then how can i start...... suggest some starting tips...

You can definitely prepare for various Management entrance exams while in your job. Almost all the management coaching institutions have weekend classes for those who are working and preparing for exams at the same time. You'll get the mock test series from there and ample study materials. Moreover your work experience will only benefit you in your higher education.

Apart from that you can also start self study by following various books like Arun Sharma for Quantitative Aptitude and Arihant's logical reasoning and data interpretation. For English just go through everyday newspaper. That would suffice.
