Yes Ishan medical college is one of the best colleges but not the best.The best college having a BAMS course are 

• Shri Dhanwantri university,Chandigarh
• Rajiv Gandhi University,Bangalore
• Gujarat Ayurvedic University
• JB roy state medical College
• Ayurvedic medical college,Kolhapur

These are the 5 topmost colleges for Bams course.If you want to go for the best one then go for one of them.
