Yeah make sure one thing while filling the competitive examination forms like JEE MAINS, COMEDK etc, you should have to fill all the details like Name, Roll No etc which are given in your 12th Marksheet or in your 12th Admit card. Focus more on these little things such that you can't be able to face any consequences like that during the time of counselling. So , yaah it is compulsory to writein your name in application form in 12th pattern only.
