If by CS, you mean Company Secretary , then yes it would be difficult for you to complete different levels, as CS has a subject named Fundamental of Accounting and Auditing which requires pretty requisite knowledge of accounts. 

However, you could still manage after 12th with help of coaching and vigorous practice. So, don't lose hope!
