i've appeared for neet 2020 in karnataka last year and i've done my 10+2 in karnataka as well, this year i've appeared for neet in Andhra Pradesh, so am i eligible to apply for both states or only the one in which i've done my 10+2?

As you appeared for neet and it doesn't matter you appear to which entrance exam always your 12th where you done is in which state you pass
In your case you only apply for Karnataka state not for Andhra Pradesh and you apply to only one state as in for counseling you will only apply for Karnataka state as your state quota
