MBA is a professional course and I don't really understand why you have chosen to study an MPhil after your MBA.However, after your MPhil, you will be eligible for a salary/ stipend while doing a PhD based on the institution you will be studying.
A standalone MPhil is normally two years long when studied as a full-time degree. Alternatively, you can study for four to five years part-time. MPhil registration within a PhD programme normally lasts for one year.

Thanks,
Azim
