I've done my 12th in PCM stream through Jammu and Kashmir board and if I give the additional exam of biology as private candidate through Jammu and Kashmir board then should be I eligible for NEET UG exam?

Yes, you will be eligible for NEET UG if you take the additional exam of biology as a private candidate through the Jammu and Kashmir board.
