It is for the wards of the socioeconomic worker population and their department. Total 9 MBBS and one BDS college is included under this quota scheme. And seats are alloted on the basis of the merit list of the candidates taking seat under this quota . Your marks are really less to get a admission in any of the government college that are included under this quota.
