I've not qualified for neet this year, but I want to still apply for bachelor of physiotherapy and pharmacy course, so should I apply from mcc or some other website?

It is not like that. If you want to go for Pharmacy/Physiotherapy, there is no need for NEET score. You need to fill out the application form of the particular institute and follow the steps for admission. Like for admission in Pharmacy in DU/PU or any other institute , you need to fill the admission form of that particular institute, same applies for the physiotherapy also. You need to seek the institute for which you need to apply.
