Hi aspirant
I suggest you to download the format from the official website and apply again for the OBC -NCL certificate today only.
This happens with most of the students that they are having the certificate but not in the format which is mentioned by the official notice/form.
You can use this older certificate while filling the form of JEE Advance but you cannot use that at the time of document verification.
If you have older certificate ,you can submit a xerox of that and format and application for issuing you OBC-NCL certificate at your Block/Distric office.
Complete all these before counselling procedure starts .It might take 1 month time and you have that much time before the counselling.
