Congrats on getting a good rank in JEE ADVANCED 2019.

As per your rank ,i.e 1512 and your category quota ,i.e SC , and as per the previous year cutoffs.

You have very very low  chances of getting ECE or Aeronautical branch in IITs.

But you can get EE branch and CSE branches in some IITs.

Indian Institute of Technology, Goa

Indian Institute of Technology, Jammu
