Hello Ishaan, as per the information available on internet here aree nearly 10982 seats available in all the IITs combined. Now if your rank is less than the required number of seats thab=n congrats you are eligible for it. And as you belong to PWD it is like icing on the cake (do not take it in wrong way) even if your rank is near about 15000-18000 you might get seat in IITs.
