Hey aspirant
For cracking JEE you need to cover whole syllabus of 11 and 12. Question will be more concept wise, so highly ordered questions are expected. NCERT is only a base, you need to work on practising more questions to crack JEE. So b 4th studying chapters which have more weightage can fetch more marks. In mathematics following are the topics with more weightage.
Cordinate geometry - upto 5 questions are asked from this. Other chapters like integral calculus, quadratic equations, matrices and determinants, limits continuity and differentiability. You can expect minimum 3 questions from above chapters. So these are the important chapters with more weightage.
