The answer to your question is unfortunately "no".

Ditin the JEE Mains counselling, the authorities check all these minute details. If there is even a slight discrepancy, there is a fair chance that you will be kicked out of the counselling.

Note that there is so much competition among the entire country to gain just seats in the IITs and the NITs and all other institutions.

So, I don't think it will be valid. Also, please check the year of issuing your certificate and see whether it lies within the deadline specified by the JEE Mains authorities.
