You can check for Thapar University, Patiala but you may not get your desired branch there. They have a special criteria for admission , if you have low JEE Score then you must have atleast 80% in your PCM then they'll assign you a seat in your college. If you still want your desired branch or this criteria is not fulfilled then you can opt for Amity University,  Noida , there you'll get your desired branch as well.

Your score of both session of JEE is too low.You cannot secure seats in any private Colleges with such score.You need at least 85 percentile to get seats in private colleges.Look for another engineering entrance examination.
