Jee main ranking is 3 lacs and my category ranking 9to 11 thousand except NIT can I get any other college

NTA have not officially declared any cut off lists yet but according to the previous year's cut off data it's really hard for your to get a seat at top NITs.
You might get a seat at NIT Srinagar.
You have moderate chances of getting a seat at GFITs and IIITs.
