Based on the previous cut off with the given rank under ST category it very difficult to get seat in IIITs. To get some idea here is the cut off for IIITs for ST category

• Indian Institute of Information Technology Kalyani: CSE-4258
• Indian Institute of Information Technology Tiruchirappalli: ECE-2942

Cut off depends on number of candidates qualified, difficulty of exam and number of seats available etc. You may have to seek admission in private colleges. States like Haryana, Uttarakhand conducts counselling for admission to Engineering on basis of JEE Main score

From previous years cutoff trends , it is inferred that for getting IIIT, rank required is under 5000 in ST category. You can try other government or private institutions or you can take a year drop and score a better rank next time.
