Yes, you can get admission in IIIT Dharwada and you might also get admission in Computer Science and Engineering there, however, in the initial rounds you might not be able to get it but you have a good chance of getting ECE there. However, you should try for CSE as if you are not able to get admission in the first seven rounds of counselling but still you might get admission in the special rounds there.
