Since you have no complete degree , you should firstly get a degree so as to get a good job.But if you have less time , you can do certification course  in programming languages like python,sql ,java etc.These can help you to build a good career.Or if , you are interested in government jobs , then with dedicated study and hardwork , yoh can start preparjng for government jobs like SSC CGL , Banking etc. But i can not suggest you specifically , since i do not know your field of interest .Just let me know that in comments and i will help you in a better way .All the very best!
