Hello Aspirant!
Criteria is simple. Nothing to worry about. First step is online application for admission to KMC. Once you get a confirmation, then appear for NEET. Get your results. Next step, go for counselling, if eligible and called for it.There is no separate procedure for application for scholarship seat. The applicants are sorted based on NEET All India ranks and the top rankers are offered scholarship. If they refuse for any reason, or cancel their admission later, the succeeding applicant is offered the scholarship. Now, the scholarships are of two types, Freeship and Merit-cum-Means scholarship, information about which is given on the Manipal university website. If the applicant is eligible for a Freeship, then he/she doesn't have to pay the tuition fees for the entire course. Only the hostel and food related fees are to be paid.

If eligible for a Merit-cum-Means scholarship, then the applicant will be granted scholarship based on their parents' annual income. ( For details, visit the university website. )
