You should not be worried about the wrong questions rather you should focus on the upcoming JEE Advanced examination, (if you are getting the score above the required cutoff for JEE Advanced) otherwise you will get the expected score when the result of JEE Mains examination will be declared which may be not enough for you to take a good college.
Just make sure you take the right decision ahead.
