Mobile phones are extremely powerful tools that can be used extensively in college teaching.  Henceforth, colleges allow their students to carry with themselves mobiles. Students are advised by the authorities not to use cellphones during the classes. Aside from that they can use the phones in the hostels, canteents and other places around the college.
