Kindly plz inform me that a student who passed 12th medical from NIOS,or passed 12th from cbse as a private candidate is eligible for Neet.

Dear Sukhbir, NIOS students are eligible to take NEET 2019 as the clause which barred such students was removed by the High Court of Delhi. However, NTA has stated that eligibility depends on the final verdict of the special leave petitions filed by MCI.

Hello Sukhvir

Yes you are eligible for to appear in the NEET exam.
There are no such restrictions for the NIOS passed students.
Prepare well n study smart..!
