Hello,

The secret to long - term academic achievement and personal development is developing a well - organized study schedule.

Morning, 6:30 to 9.00 am

  • Your mind is at its best in this morning, so spend your first study session (1.5 hrs) on your most important or challenging subject after getting dressed and eating breakfast.

Mid-day, 10:00 to 1:00 Pm

  • Divide your study time into concentrated 50 minute sessions interspersed with 10 minutes breaks.
  • This block is particularly useful for areas that need memory. Use it to review notes, revise concepts, or practice writing.

Afternoon, 2:00 to 5:00 PM

  • Start with a lighter topic or one you are more interested in after lunch a little break.

Evening, 6:00 to 8:00 PM

  • Go over the material you studied during the day again.
  • This time can be used for lectures, group study sessions, or clearing up any doubts.

Night, 9:00 to 10:00 PM

  • Makes plans for tomorrow and give 20 minutes summary.
  • Go to bed at 10:30 pm to get good sleep.
