The MBBS course is pursued after class 12th only. If you have completed class 12th (inter) then you can definitely sit for the medical entrance exams and pursue MBBS. It's a 5.5 years course which contains a 4.5 years of academic education and 1 year for internship.

The entrance exams require a knowledge of physics, Chemistry and biology.
