Yes, the registration for JEE Main Session 1 and session 2 is separate. The registrations for session 1 are closed. Candidates who registered for session 1 and wish to apply for session 2 can apply by logging in with the login credentials from April 8, 2022 and the last date to apply for session 2 is May 3, 2022. The candidates who haven't registered for session 1 need to register fresh for session 2. As per the revised schedule JEE Main session 1 will be conducted on June 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, and 29. Session 2 will be conducted on July 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29 and 30.
