Dear Aspirants ,
yes provisional certificate is also consider as a certificate but it will not valid for large number of years it will used for certain time or short period of time because it will helpful for at the time of job joining or immediate joiners but after 2 or 3 years it will might be not usable and you must be carry your original certificate .
