UPSEE is conducted by AKTU. AKTU has many colleges affiliated under it and they accept UPSEE to give a way for candidates to take an admisson in their college. If you give UPSEE you can take an admission in a college on the basis of your rank and the college must accept UPSEE. It's mandatory. else you have to go for direct admission if available.
no college is related to candidates rank. They keep a boundary or cutoff as per the exam and the performance of candidates in the current year.
