if you want to give neet examination you must be medical oriented and if you want to give JEE examination you must be engineering oriented and if you want to give both you can give both
needless to say you must be having physics, chemistry and biology in your curriculum in order to be eligible for neet examination in physics, chemistry and mathematics to be eligible for JEE examination however you can also have the former subject combination and still be able to appear for JEE examination but not vice versa

Hello,

This depends upon what are you choosing as your field after 12th. If you are going for medical than NEET is better. JEE for engineering. As far as MHCET is concerned it is for all the fields. But I suggest you give either NEET or JEE first.

Hii

It depends upon your choice and interest plus the eligibility.
If you are interested to go into medical field then you will have to appear in NEET exam.
If you wish to join engineering then you will have to go for JEE and MHCET is a state level exam that is conducted for admission to various UG and PG courses in maharastra.

So if you have PCM subjects you can go for JEE and MHCET but for NEET you will require PCB.
And if you have PCMB then you are eligible for all the entrance exams.

Thanks!
