l had got 103 marks and 29 percentile in jee mains 2020 January am l qualified

If your marks are good , you are qualified .
But your percentile tells something else and it doesn't match with your marks .
So check your marks once again and your percentile.
To qualify JEE Mains in General Category, you may at least get above 90 percentile marks as there might be increase in number of registrations in April Attempt .
