Hey Ashish,
As you mentioned, last year closing OBC-NCL rank for NIT Durgapur ECE branch was 26500. But it was under home state quota. So, if you belong to home state quota, then there are high chances that you can get ECE branch in 7th round or spot rounds according to last year's closing ranks. If it varies, then you may not get ECE but get other branches like Electrical or Mechanical. And if you don't have home state quota, then it might be difficult to even get NIT Durgapur. However, you may get other NITs.
