Yes, the lateral entry for B.Tech course from University of Petroleum and Energy Studies Dehradun is possible and the university has a policy for the same in order to provide opportunities for higher studies to those candidates who have completed their Diploma in Engineering with good and meritorious performance. Also, if you are aspiring for this lateral entry you should keep in mind that it is possible only for B.Tech programs and the candidates selected shall be admitted in the 3rd semester of the program. Hello.
Yes, lateral entry in UPES for BTech course is available , but for that firstly you will have to appear for the exam LEET (Lateral Entry Entrance Exam) and you will have to score according to the college cut off then you can have admission directly in the second year of BTech and branch will be allotted to you according the cutoff rank .
