This question has multiple answers, mainly C & D.
You can use the properties of transpose to solve it.
You will notice that both the first & second option turn out to be symmetric in nature after you apply the properties of transpose to them.
Whereas similarly you solve third & fourth option, they turn out to be skew symmetric in nature.
