Hello Aspirant,
See there is no grading system in either JEE-Main or MHTCET instead the percentile and ranks are allotted to each respective candidate on the basis of their performance in exams. So scholarships can be availed through the college in which you will take admission on the basis of your either JEE-Main score or on the basis of MHT CET score and there are so many private colleges which offer scholarship on the basis of your JEE-Main score or on the basis of your class 12th score, the colleges are like VIT, Vellore; SRM University; UPES, Dehradun; Thapar University; Ashoka Institute of Technology, AMITY University and so on.
Also there some state government scholarships which are provided on the basis of the annual income of candidate's family. So you can also check them out.
I hope this information helps you.
Good Luck!!
