The answer to this question depends upon your interests.Both the colleges have been ranked the same and both the branches( CSE and EE) are equally good. It depends on which branch you would prefer. Search for the course structure and the subjects involved in both the branches.Also, the other criteria you could use to compare the colleges is location. According to me, Bhopal would definitely be a better option than Gwalior because of various factors. It depends upon you that you consider city to be important or not.

Now looking at factors like the basic facilities, both a have almost the same facilities, just the case being that Wifi and gym isn't available in LNCT. Also, MITS has a lower fees than LNCT. Considering the placement statistics, LNCT has an edge over MITS in this case and has better recruiters. But, this is just the present scenario, it is upto your efforts that you put in so you get placed well 4 years down the line.
