No, gap in education is not really a big issue unless there is an age limit to get admission in a college in which you are interested to seek admission. You can pursue MBA after few years of passing in graduation. In fact if you have work experience in between graduation and MBA it will be an added advantage to your application for admission. You might come across the question asked in interview regarding the gap in your education. You can justify it honestly during the interview.
