Hii Ankit,
Getting 65 marks in GATE in Electrical department is a good score.As You are from O BC ,it will be an added advantage.But this year GATE 2019 paper is easy and the cut off may go high compared to previous year cutoff.However you will get a good IIT or NIT to do your Masters.
