MA in Hindi is a two-year post graduate course that involves specialization in Hindi language. For pursuing a masters in Hindi you should have obtained a bachelor's in Hindi with a minimum of 50% score.

The average course fee is about 20 - 80 k and you have a good prospect of becoming teacher, getting an employment in government and private institutions, journalism sector, translator etc. You also have an option of studying further and getting a PhD in Hindi.

The admission is usually based on merit in the state entrance examinations while some universities conduct their own examinations . Some universities also offer direct admission based on your performance in bachelors.
