See JEE and NEET is now the matter of national interest and Hon'ble SC has passed a judgement which clearly states that now JEE and NEET exams will not be postponed further and they will be conducted in the month of September for sure in each and every state across India.
Maharashtra government has no role in it, yes if they need to postpone it they have to take orders from SC otherwise without the permission of SC they cannot postpone it furthe.

As per the order of Supreme Court, the NEET and JEE exams are going to be conducted all over India. This is not a matter of state government. State Government has no right to rule over Supreme Court's order. So the exam is going to be conducted. There is no doubt in it.
