to be eligible for Neet you must have attend 17 years by 31st December 2019 for the 2019 edition of NEET UG and must not exceed 25 years of age for unreserved category candidate and not exceeded 30 years of age if you are reserved category candidate

Apart from that you must I have scored a minimum of 50% in aggregator nature physics, chemistry and biology in your class 12 board examinations for an unreserved candidate and 40% in his for a reserve candidate 

To access the 85% domicile of a particular state in the state quota counselling seats you must have either pass book class 10 and 12 from substitution in that state or must have passed class 12 from there and alongside must have a domicile in that state of at least 15 years of residence in that state
