Its absolutely fine if you are from hindi medium that does not make any difference.

but my advice is that you learn english as well and try build the good command over it .Because it will help you in future.

Coming up to NEET if you wants to give this exam you have make your physics and chemistry strong because both subject carry 45 questions each and 180 marks each .
