See, we are waiting for NEET 2020 results right now. Once the results are declared and Counselling is completed,we will get to know the cut offs because cut offs are the least marks required to get a seat in a College for a Category. It is true that cut offs also change every year but right now we have only 2019 cut offs but if you can wait until Counselling is over we will have 2020 cut offs which will be the latest. Also you did not mention your Category and so guessing cut offs is difficult.
