yes, you can give the neet 2020 exam by

appearing your 12th improvement examination

but you must have to secure the required percentage  for getting admission in medical college and also make sure that you have taken physics, chemistry and biology/ bio technology and english as subjects  in your 12th standard.

following are the required percentage in 12th according to category-

general candidate -50%

st/sc/obc candidate -40%

pwd candidate -45%

but for admission you must have to show your matksheet at the time of counseling otherwise you will be considered not eligible for admission.
