Sorry but this is very low score in NEET to get admission into any college. If you belong to general category you need ti score above 500 to get a MBBS seat in government college under state quota and 600+ under All India Quota. With this score you'll only be getting low ranked private medical colleges with very high fee structure and that would not be worthy. I would suggest you to reappear for the exam next year and score well.
