Hello Hitesh

NEET UG exam consist of questions from syllabus of Class 11th and Class 12th. Syllabus of the exam is vast and competition level is also high.

NEET UG is to be conducted on 5th May, 2019 and if you have completed Class 12th syllabus thoroughly, you must revise everything and solve previous year question papers and mock tests. It will help you to know about the exam pattern and type of questions asked in the exam.
Solving test series will help in improving your speed also. Speed and Accuracy both are the key factors to achieve a good result.

AIIMS MBBS exam pattern is slightly different from the NEET UG exam pattern, AIIMS exam consist of questions from General Knowledge and Aptitude and Logical Reasoning sections also.

You can enroll for the NEET Rank Booster and AIIMS Knockout for effective preparation of the exam and to get a good rank -

See I will be honest with you
unless you studied the class 11 syllabus and only dependent on the class 12 syllabus it is going to be very difficult for you to crack neet
it is actually for the words that we have class 11 and class 12 syllabus separately but when their sitting question paper for neet this topic wise and different words have different topics covered in different parts of class 11 and 12 so I might not be able to know which chapters you have done well and which chapters you have not
speaking in generalize manner if you are thorough with mechanics, wave optics, thermodynamics and modern physics in physics, photosynthesis in plant physiology, animal kingdom classification, chapters of microbiology, biomolecules and biotechnology as well as annual physiology chapters including gastrointestinal system, cardiovascular system and nervous system in biology, and chemical energetics kinetics and around atomic structure in physical chemistry as well as reaction mechanism is a nomenclature of carbonyl compounds and hydrocarbons in organic chemistry along with metallurgy in inorganic chemistry as well as ionic balancing you should be able to perform well in your neet as well as AIIMS examinations although IT requires good effort and you would need in depth MCQ practice to help you with your time management and question selection skills and minimise your negative marking in the examination
